New Beginnings
Cordova Realty has been synonymous with high quality commercial development across the Maritimes for the last 17 years. However, over the last two years we have been redirecting our focus from that of commercial buildings to purpose built multi-residential and master planned community projects.
In light of this shift and the rapid growth of our company with several emerging divisions taking on a life of their own, we have chosen this inflexion point as an exciting opportunity to rebrand. Our goal was to develop a singular umbrella brand that would resonate with our residents, community, partners and team.
So we are thrilled to announce our new company name moving forward is Thrive Properties with various divisions being: Thrive Living for our purpose built multi-residential buildings, Thrive Communities for our master planned projects, and Thrive Capital for investors and partners.

We are excited to be using the word Thrive to symbolize our company culture. The word Thrive means to grow, develop, and become successful. Our greatest mission is to ensure our residents are provided with a special place in which they can thrive, our developments and projects help contribute to the creation of thriving communities, our employees enjoy a work environment in which they can thrive and lastly we continue to build thriving relationships with our stakeholders and investors.
Our main focus will be growing Thrive Living with development of several high quality apartment buildings across the Maritimes. Our first 97 unit apartment building, West Royalty Suites, is under construction in Charlottetown. And we have four other multi-residential buildings in advanced planning stages, slated to begin construction next spring.
We are also pleased to be offering exciting investment opportunities for accredited investors within Thrive Capital. We are rapidly developing partnerships to accelerate growth of the Thrive portfolio and expansion across the Maritimes. We have several parcels of entitled land ready for development with a pipeline of approximately 3,000 apartment units.
